OBX Energy Audit is performed by a BPI Certified Building Analyst.OBX Energy Audit uses the house-as-a- system approach to improve the performance of existing homes to reduce homeowner annual utility bills by as much as 30% or more. We perform a blower door test to measure the infiltration rate of outside air going through the house. Infrared camera imaging reveals holes, cracks and gaps where conditioned air is escaping and the analyst visually inspects the home. We produce an inclusive report to indicate cost-effective, common sense energy saving actions.
