Come to the 31st Annual Parade of Homes! The 2023 Outer Banks Parade of Homes will host in person tours this year from Thursday, October 5 through Saturday, October 7 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Visitors have access to the most innovative and exciting homes on the Outer Banks. The event features 9 in-person home tours, as well as, 3 virtual home tours. In person tours are located from Salvo on Hatteras Island up to Corolla. Homes range in size from 1,505 sq. ft. to 14,500 sq. ft. The Parade of Homes concludes on Sunday, October 8th, with a trade Expo at the Ramada Plaza Oceanfront from 10am to 3pm.
Tickets are $20 per individual and provide visitors with entrance on all days to all locations, as well as the trade Expo. There will certainly be something for everyone to enjoy and explore!
