Rat rod and custom car lovers get excited about the OBX Rod and Custom Festival. The weekend event will feature cruise-ins and static displays, special events, games, food and family fun, all against the backdrop of the Outer Banks. Over the course of two days, the cruise-in and car show will travel to locations on Roanoke Island, Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, and Kitty Hawk.
