Carolyn Sleeper’s Solo Exhibit

In April, The Dare County Arts Council Vault Gallery will feature one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces by artist Carolyn Sleeper. Carolyn’s artwork is ever-changing, always growing, through her explorations with new forms and pushing the limits of what clay can do. Her main emphasis is relaying the joy of life and imagination, represented through Eastern North Carolina flora and fauna, eliciting smiles from the viewer. Carolyn’s whimsical artwork is frequently embellished by found objects and copper to make the sculptures more expressive.
