ecoEXPLORE: Walk with Weeds

Kick off spring with ecoEXPLORE’s Walk with Weeds program. Learn about becoming an ecoEXPLORER and discover the world of coastal North Carolina plants with refuge educators. Participants will learn about weeds and why they are important while on a nature walk with a refuge educator. Developed by The North Carolina Arboretum, ecoEXPLORE is an innovative program for children in grades K-8 that combines science exploration with kid-friendly technology to foster a fun learning environment for children while encouraging them to explore the outdoors.
