Exploration Stations

Step inside the community room for an afternoon of discovery! During this drop-in program, you’ll find rotating hands-on activities and educational stations that highlight the fascinating ecosystems and wildlife of Jockey’s Ridge. From animal specimens to engaging displays and themed activities, there’s something new to explore each week. This event is FREE and open to the public.
An optional short presentation about the park may be offered during the program, and our educator will be available throughout to answer questions and chat about all things Jockey’s Ridge. Stay for a few minutes or the full two hours, it’s up to you!
