Celebrate the fifth annual Girl Scouts Love State Parks weekend at Jockey’s Ridge State Park in Nags Head, North Carolina. Join Park Rangers on the sand dunes for two mid-morning sessions (10 a.m. and 11 a.m.) for an interpretive program designed specifically for Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts will also get a chance to complete activities to earn a Jockey’s Ridge Dune Ranger patch. The first 20 girls to complete all the Dune Ranger requirements will receive a free patch! In the afternoon, girls can participate in three Big Canoe Adventure trips.
