In August the Dare Count Arts Council will feature photography by Dave Huff.The art of photography is in many respects the art of freezing time. The images in this collection by Dave Huff are moments in time that he has frozen. In each instance they record a story, often different for each viewer. Some of these moments are close to home on the Outer Banks, but many are not. No matter what, it is the story that is important.
