In July, The Dare County Arts Council Courtroom Gallery will showcase a vast array of media by artists Noah Snyder, Daniel Pullen and Mike Rowe. This exhibition is a collection of unique pieces that celebrate the lifestyle and beauty of the Outer Banks. A juxtaposition of fractal wood-burning and acrylic paint mediums, alongside photographs that depict the Hatteras Island surf culture in this exhibit. Lastly sculptures made from the waste of glassing surfboards.
