This Event has been cancelled due to covid-19 but will hopefully be held in the fall of 2021.

Historic Interpreters James Charlet and his wife, Linda Molloy, spin hair-raising true accounts of Outer Banks history and the little-known heroes of the United States Life-Saving Service. They talk about dramatic shipwrecks and harrowing rescues at the Sanderling Resort’s Lifesaving Station Restaurant. The historic No. 5 Lifesaving Saving Station (now the Lifesaving Station Restaurant) was home to these heroes, and Keeper James is the perfect steward of their stories.
