In October, The Dare County Arts Council Vault Gallery will feature abstract paintings and works on paper by Patrick Berran. The title, “Tide Pool”, lends itself to the curiosity of looking and exploring the world around you. The works included in this exhibit will showcase a variety of methods to making an image within abstraction.
