For the months of December and January, The Dare County Arts Council vault will feature work by award-winning artist Mary Edwards. The two month exhibit showcases Mary’s watercolors of people, animals, and places she loves that were painted over the past few years. Mary’s Nags Head Pier series is among the award-winning paintings of familiar, beloved historic places on the Outer Banks.
