Railroad Spike Oyster Knife Workshop

Get prepped for oyster season early! Island Farm will be hosting an oyster knife craft workshop in its traditional blacksmith shop on Roanoke Island. Island Farm will host a hands-on workshop where participants will create and take home their very own oyster knife, forged by hand from a railroad spike. These knives are unique, sturdy, beautiful, and will last a lifetime. Advance registration is required and masks are required where social distancing is not possible.
