Winter Seabirding Trips

Experienced and novice bird watchers alike can enjoy taking part in Seabirding trips aboard the Stormy Petrel II. On Winter birding trips you’ll have the chance to see a variety of Alcids, Great Skua, and other seabirds not frequently seen in the spring and summer. The boat operates some trips and charters with a relatively small number of people and limit the passenger count to about 25 at the most so there is always plenty of room on the boat.  While emphasizing the birds, there is effort made to identify and document whales, fish, sea turtles, and other marine life, to provide participants a well-rounded offshore experience.
