Kellogg Building Supply and Home Center invites Kids and Parents to “Paint a Pumpkin” on Saturday October 12th at 10am at any of their locations while supplies last. Locations available on the Outer Banks in Manteo, Kill Devil Hills, Duck, Edenton, Coinjock, and Kitty Hawk. This event is FREE to the public while supplies last! Adults and/or parents are required to assist children during the event.
