Jockey's Ridge is the tallest natural sand dune on the east coast and it's never the same on any two visits, constantly evolving with the changing winds. Our mission is to support, enhance, and promote Jockey's Ridge State Park in all the ways that we can. From infrastructure and programs for our million+ visitors per year to training and supplies for the Park Superintendent and her staff, Friends of Jockey's Ridge is dedicated to helping this geologic wonder thrive and make you a lifelong Friend too.
