34th Annual Outer Banks Parade of Homes

The 34th Annual Outer Banks Parade of Homes returns October 8–10 with three days of coastal architecture, design and craftsmanship on display from Corolla to Avon. See the website for home locations and to purchase tickets.

Hosted by the Outer Banks Home Builders Association, this year’s Parade features 18 properties, including:

• 12 new-construction homes
• 3 remodeled homes
• 3 commercial remodels

Visitors can tour the properties at their own pace, see the latest trends in coastal construction and interior design, and meet some of the builders, designers and tradespeople behind the projects.

EVENT SCHEDULE

Thursday, October 8 | 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Friday, October 9 | 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday, October 10 | 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

The Parade is self-guided, so ticket holders can plan their own route and visit the homes over one, two or all three days. The official event calendar confirms the homes are open 10 a.m.–6 p.m. each day.

HOW TICKETS WORK

One $20 ticket provides admission for all three days of the Parade.

Tickets can be purchased:

• Online in advance by credit card
• At participating homes during the event with cash

Your ticket also serves as your ballot for the People’s Choice Awards. After touring, guests can vote for their favorite home in each category and turn in the completed ballot at the last home they visit.
