An Evening with Angel Ellis Khoury

The Outer Banks History Center, Manteo Preservation Trust, and Downtown Books invites the public to a special discussion and reception in honor of the reissue of Manteo: A Roanoke Island Town, the seminal history of Manteo by local author Angel Ellis Khoury. This event will celebrate the rich history of Manteo and its captivating past, providing an opportunity to explore the significance of the town’s development.

The event will take place on Thursday, February 6 from 6 to 8 p.m., at Veterans Hall, College of the Albemarle, in Manteo. The evening will feature a discussion with Khoury, followed by a reception where attendees can mingle, enjoy refreshments, and get a signed copy of the book.
