Hatteras Village Waterfowl Festival

The Hatteras Village Waterfowl Festival returns for 2024 with fun event activities and vendors. This festival, in the beautiful village of Hatteras, celebrates the diverse waterfowl resource native to the island. It begins with an amazing “Fin, Feather and Bourbon” social on Friday evening (tickets required), featuring small plates and local seafood. Selected bourbons are poured along with a selection of beers and wines that pair with the plates. During the day on Saturday, you will find wood carvers, artists, vendors and many demonstrations such as a live raptor show, a bird watching tour, a duck call competition and many children’s activities. All events on Saturday are free and open to the public. Festival t-shirts and posters will be available for purchase on site. Tickets for the “Fin, Feather and Bourbon” event ($75 each), and are available for purchase online until maximum capacity is met!
