Kip is an award-winning freelance journalist living on the Outer Banks. For over 30 years, he has written about the environment, politics, education, and more. As he delved into the fabric of everyday life on the Outer Banks, he became fascinated by the region’s history and the story it tells. This event is free and open to the public.
