Put on your costume and Trick or Treat at participating Manteo businesses on October 28th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. while supplies last. Look for a Trick or Treat Manteo sign on participating business doors. Participating Businesses include, but are not limited to the following businesses:
