Bodie Island Lighthouse Climbing will be on Monday, August 19 at 8 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
and on Tuesday, September 17 at 7 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Tickets can only be purchased for the full moon climb starting at 7 a.m. on the day of intended climb. (Aug 19 and Sept 17). The cost is $10 for ages 12 and up, $5 for senior citizens and children 11 years and younger.

No registration or fees – meet up and enjoy the ride! Please bring a new unwrapped toy and receive a raffle ticket for the drawing at the end of the ride!

10:30 – Meet at Bodie Island Lighthouse
11:00 – Group photo and departure
12:30 – Arrive at Cape Hatteras Lighthouse
12:45 – Group photo and raffle prizes!

An hour and a half scenic drive on the North Carolina coast, from Bodie Island Light Station to Cape Hatteras Light Station! This scenic drive begins at Bodie Island Lighthouse and follows NC12 (pavement only, no beach driving) across Oregon Inlet, through the coastal towns of Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, Avon, and Buxton, ending at Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, with stunning views of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore the entire route.
