Jennette’s Pier

The OBX Polar Plunge for SONC is a unique fundraising opportunity for people of all ages, organizations and businesses to support Special Olympics athletes by plunging into the ocean at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head, North Carolina. Online registration is available now for the event set to take place on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Individuals can register for $50 or groups of five can register as a Polar Plunge team. Event funds provide year-round sports training, competition, leadership opportunities, and health services to Special Olympics athletes in our community. Be brrrr-ave and take the Plunge!

Join wedding vendors at a Welcome Party to kickoff the 25th Annual Outer Banks Wedding Weekend and Expo! Enjoy music, drinks (cash bar) and light hors d’oeuvres. Silver attire encouraged! All event ticket holders can attend the party and redeem their wristbands for entry into Saturday’s Expo. VIP ticket holders will receive a VIP bag and one complimentary drink ticket to use at the Welcome Party. (Attendance is not required to attend; you can redeem your tickets at the door of both Expo venues on Saturday.)
