Wright Brothers National Memorial

Come celebrate National Aviation Day at the Wright Brothers National Memorial and Dare County Regional Airport from 10 am to 10 pm. The mornings activities will take place at Dare County Regional airport with afternoon and evening activities at the Wright Brother's Memorial Park. The day will be capped off with a free outdoor movie. Admission and parking are free at the airport and at the Memorial all day. This event is for all ages. The morning activities include airplane displays, exhibitors, and food trucks. The afternoon’s highlights will include guest speakers as well as Ranger talks inside the Visitor Center and around the park. The evening’s outdoor movie will start around 8:00 PM. Bring your own blankets and chairs to watch the movie under the stars.
